The CAS-MI Laboratories and Innovation Center work with entrepreneurs that are creating new industrial chemical formulated products. Creative inventors come to CAS-MI because they are looking to bring to market new paint, coating, adhesive, sealant, plastic or polymer products.

Innovators seeking to create new coatings technologies may have many different motivations. Some are looking to create more "green" or environmentally-friendly technology, others are seeking a better performing product. They have an exciting new coating or polymer-based product idea, and need a lab to act as their research and development partner.
