Following the idea generation and feasibility phase, CAS-MI's formulators will work with you to determine the specific characteristics of your new coating, adhesive, sealant or polymer formulation innovation.
At this stage in the product development process, our industry knowledge allows us to ask the right questions and provide expert advice if needed.
- What attributes are essential to your product?
- How will your product be applied?
- What will make your product unique?
- Are there any performance requirements/specifications that need to be met?
- Are there any regulatory criteria that need to be met?
Often, our scientists will ask you to create two lists. The first is a list of attributes that are crucial to your product and that must be met. The second is a list of characteristics that you would like to have, but that can be altered if necessary.
Gathering as much information as possible about your project goals will help our formulators supply test samples that meet your expectations.
