Scale-Up for Manufacturing
After your formulation is optimized, we can ensure your product is ready for full-scale production by creating pilot batches in our toll production facility. This is an important step to determine if any further formulation modification is needed.
Unlike other laboratories, CAS-MI's facility is capable of producing 100-500 gallon batches to make sure our formulation can be scaled up.
In addition to dealing with formulation scale-up issues, this step allows our experts to establish process controls for your full-scale toll manufacturer.
